John is a Manager with NTT DATA Services with over 15 years of domain experience with 11 of that having come in Financial Services and Insurance.  Within the firm’s business consulting group, he serves clients from the Technology Advisory practice by educating them on automation trends in the industry along with identifying automation opportunities within business processes and aligning clearly quantified, metric focused business cases to the solutions he crafts with them.
