Experts from the fields of public relations, print media, radio, and online media will come together to discuss challenges, foundations, and expectations that each face in the current economic and media environment. After the discussion attendees and panelists alike will walk away with an understanding of how to better work with one another to address and overcome challenges so each field can better work with one another to achieve their goals, and those who support or rely on those fields will better understand how to better craft their practices for successful interactions that help them overcome their challenges.

Maria Conley: Account Executive at CBS Radio
Maria Conley been in broadcast advertising for over 10 years; her experience lies vastly in television and radio broadcasting as well as digital media and outdoor and has worked in small markets including St. Louis and Tucson, Arizona, as well as large markets which included Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Conley has previously served on boards of Ad2Phoenix as well as numerous committees within the American Women in Radio and Television (AWRT) and is a current member of American Marketing Association.
Cheryl Souson: Owner and Blogger at TidyMom.net
A self-proclaimed neat freak, Cheryl chronicles her journey through homemaking on her blog, TidyMom, with posts on recipes, tutorials, crafting and her ever-growing love for photography. A Baby Boomer with a teenager at home and a 20-something making her way into adulthood, Cheryl is a cross-generational blogger who relates to a wide demographic of women. This St. Louis mom juggles her passion for life, her daughters and her tiger-loving husband, all while her obsession with tidiness cleans up the trail blazed behind her. Cheryl has an ever-growing loyal following and has worked with several large brands.
Stephanie Flynn: Vice President at Black Twig Communications
Black Twig Communications is a full service agency specializing in public relations, marketing, web development and creative services. Ms Flynn manages client accounts, working directly with high level decision makers including CEOs, Presidents, Executive Directors, and Marketing Directors. She consults on, develops, and implements communications plans including advertising and marketing strategies, event planning, social media, traditional media relations, and collateral material development.
Julia Bollman: Publisher St Louis Kids Magazine
Julia Bollman is the publisher and founder of St. Louis Kids magazine, the Metro St. Louis Guide to Smart Parenting. She is a serving board member for St Louis Women in Media and has also worked with several area businesses on individualized strategic marketing campaigns.
Allyson Mace: Publisher Sauce Magazine
Allyson, a native New Yorker and University of Missouri, St. Louis alum, created & financed Sauce Magazine from her South City apartment to help elevate the culinary community she had worked in for many years prior to the inception of the magazine. She launched Sauce in print in 2001 with her (former) partner and in February 2010, Allyson became the sole owner of Sauce Magazine and all its respective trademarks under her company, Bent Mind Creative Group, LLC. In June 2011, Allyson was named to the “Most Influential Women In Business” list by the St. Louis Business Journal and is a serving board member of St Louis Women in Media.
