Do I need any prior experience with breathwork or ice baths?

No. Everything will be guided, and you’ll be supported throughout the experience. Whether you’re completely new to this or have practiced before, you’ll take something valuable from the day.

What should I bring?

- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- A warm layer for outdoor activities
- Swimwear & a towel for the ice bath
- A notebook if you like to jot things down

Will food be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A nutritionally balanced lunch is included in your ticket. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking.

Question 4

Is this a therapy-based event?

Accepted Answer

No. While this workshop involves self-inquiry and reflection, it is not therapy. It is a practical, experience-based day designed to help you reconnect with yourself and reset.

Question 5

Can I stay for the fire circle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fire circle is an optional closing ritual from 6-8 PM where you’ll have time to reflect, share, and integrate the experience. You can decide whether to stay on the day, you do not need to let us know beforehand.

How do I get there?

Bagmoor Farm is near Henley-on-Thames and easily accessible from London (approx. 1hr 30mins by train/car). We will provide detailed travel info closer to the event.

Can I bring a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes you are welcome to bring a friend if you feel it will add to your experience. Provided they are a man in midlife, you will benefit from this experience as a solo or communal journey.
