Why Outside?:

There is deep power in breathing deeply under the open sky. The earth holds us, the fresh air energizes and grounds us. It's the perfect environment for deep, restorative healing.


4. Logistics & What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat or blanket (for comfort), water, a light blanket (body temperature can shift), and an eye covering (optional, but encouraged for a deeper journey).
  • Wear sunscreen and weather-appropriate, comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted breathing.
  • Drinking water.
  • Optional: Journal and pen, crystals, essential oils, or anything else that will add to your feeling of comfort and safety.

My name is Lynn Gantner, I live in Carlsbad, CA. I'm an experienced certified Trauma-informed Breathwork Guide. With extensive training in Somatic and Health and Wellness coaching.


My mission is to guide you to the core of your own transformation. I use powerful, curated breathwork practices to give you deep, insightful understanding of the energy and emotions held in your body. I illuminate a clear path to Gentle Release, empowering you to step into your most truthful life, connect deeply with yourself and others, and live a life anchored in genuine gratitude and purpose.
