Life is busy, no doubt about that. There are constant demands on our time and attention, and we can end up feeling frazzled and stressed.

Enter mindfulness, a calming practise that can settle the brain and relax the body. Mindfulness is taking a moment to deliberately pay attention to things around us or inside us.

If you want to find some peace and calm in the busyness, press 'pause' and pop into a brief mindfulness session during your lunch break each Wednesday or Thursday.
