Pathways, Universities, and Building Your Future in Tech (US Hall, S3-S6)

Overview

A practical look at university routes, careers in industry, and entrepreneurship — and how girls can build their own path in tech.

In this session Angeley will go deeper into the different future paths open to girls in technology as they grow up. She will explore the types of universities available and compare what it is like working inside a company versus building your own start-up and being an entrepreneur. Angeley is the Founder and CEO of Aetheris Ventures, a technology advisory and mentorship firm working with forward-thinking founders to scale revenue and AI go-to-market engines. She is a seasoned commercial leader (CMO / CCO / CGO) with experience across the US, EMEA, UK, and APAC, including Amazon, Intuit, and GoDaddy. She has helped scale three scale-ups (including a unicorn), is recognised by Crunchbase as one of the most influential women in sales, and has been featured in Forbes, VentureBeat, and The Drum. She is a frequent keynote speaker and podcaster, and cares deeply about women’s leadership, inclusion, and executive-level progression in tech.
