The Triratna Path of Practice offers a framework for the spiritual life, based on Buddhadharma as interpreted by Triratna’s founder, Sangharakshita. The Path consists of five distinct aspects or stages: Peace, Happiness, Wisdom, Freedom of Heart and Mind, and Spontaneous Compassionate Activity. One moves in and through the different aspects in cycles, revisiting each aspect at different times and varying depths.
In 2016 Aryaloka will be delving into the Path of Practice, exploring the Path as a whole, each individual aspect, and how each aspect informs and is reflected in all the others. Each workshop in the Path of Practice workshop series will explore an aspect of the Path through meditation, reflection, and experiential activities, with just enough study and discussion to understand how that aspect supports and is supported by all the other aspects of the Path.
Life Anew: A Morning with the Buddhas, led by Amala Saturday, November, 5th
What happens, and how do we live, once we start to see through the veils of confusion and the compulsions of ego? A sense of freedom, joy and wisdom is more accessible to us. Inspired by the Buddhas, we will explore and let ourselves be drawn into new realms.
