Sean has immense knowledge and experience with all areas of patents. He is a member of the SD State Bar and has been admitted as a patent attorney by the US Patent & Trademark office since 2000.

What qualifies as proprietary and has substantial founding to be submitted to the US Patent Office.
The differences in types of patents and the classifications of each.
The process from public search, to paper filing, to review, to pending, to patent approved or denied.
