Learn the basics on how to make three main varieties of classic french pastry dough in a hands-on class led by Pastry Chef Sean Lamont.

This class will focus on technique, precision and patience.

-Pâte Brisée (Short Crust pastry)

-Pâte Sucrée (Sweet pastry)

-Pâte Sablée ('Sandy' pastry)

We will be using these basic pastry techniques to create the following tarts:

*French fruit Tartlettes (making Crème Pâtissière)

*Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry Tartlettes (making chocolate ganache)

*Classic Quiche Lorraine or Roasted Vegetable Quiche (making egg custard)


Price $120 per person; Only 18 spaces available

Saturday 29 July 10am-2pm

We will be serving a light lunch with refreshments and you will be able to take your creations home.
