Pasta Workshop

During this hands-on class, Sherry will cover the basics of making fresh pasta dough and how to create light and fluffy gnocchi. She will demonstrate how to make a classic basil pesto. Working in teams of two, you will learn to make fresh pasta dough, from which you will create fettuccine and ravioli. You will then learn to make classic potato gnocchi using traditional techniques. For the fettuccine, you will make a fresh mushroom, greens, and pecorino sauce. Next, you will stuff handmade ravioli with butternut squash and hazelnuts, finished with a sage brown butter sauce. You'll enjoy tastes of all dishes and can package up any leftovers to take home to share with your friends and family.
