About this event
Smug Brewing is hosting a pasta making workshop! A somewhat hands-on experience making different pasta shapes with different machines, tools or by hand. During this class, you will learn:
- How to make pasta dough (with exact recipes)
- Roll out dough and make up to a dozen different styles of pasta
- Learn many different pasta machines and tools
