Event description
Make pasta from scratch and then enjoy a fabulous dinner from your creation!

About this Event

In this class you will be learning how to make pasta from scratch in the classic Italian way, and then use the fresh dough to make two beautiful seasonal pasta dishes. Participants will enjoy a dinner made in the class of the pastas, alongside a salad and baguette. A glass of wine will be included per student with dinner and more will be available to purchase.

This class will be taught by Chef Katie Bearfield. Katie learned how to make pasta from the Dante Aligheiri cooking school in Sienna, Italy.

Vegetarian friendly.

Menu:

Fettuccine ai Funghi- fettuccine with sautéed butter herbed mushrooms

Ravioli di Ricotta e Marinara- ravioli filled with ricotta and served with a classic marinara sauce

Seasonal salad with goat cheese
