Description
All classes are hands-on. We have a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy - Corzetti stamps, “Pettine” or looms for making Garganelli and special pasta rolling boards. We will make a variety of shapes like farfalle, corzetti, fettuccine as well as ravioli.
We eat what we make! Newly minted pasta makers/students will make enough food for a pasta tasting/light meal at the end.
Classes are 2 hours long and held in the Melina's Fresh Pasta Shop in Durham.
Kids 9 and up are welcome with an adult.
All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 day's notice).
All participants receive a Melina’s Fresh Pasta Recipe Book.
