Past Life Meditation

Have you ever felt you've been here before? Or just wondered about past lives? Do you believe in the possibility? Then, this meditation is for you!

Reincarnation is a fascinating idea that has been a conversation for many centuries. The idea centers around souls coming back to learn lessons and most likely to evolve. Each lifetime brings experiences that lead to greater soul development towards enlightenment. Let's explore one of your past lives!

At this in-person event, Kare will conduct a live guided meditation which allows you to get into a meditative state to experience/view a past life. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket if you'd like to lie down for meditation. This meditation can be accomplished sitting up also. If you tend to fall asleep during meditations, you are encouraged to use a sitting position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal to document your experience. A water bottle is suggested also. Bring an open mind as well as a desire to experience one of your past lives.

These experiences are often personal and unique to an individual. This is a safe environment to have your own unique experience.

Please be on time. Once the guided meditation begins, the door will be locked and no admittance will be granted.

*Please note that class is held in a historical building. The space is located on the lower level under the Kare Reiki sign. There are steps to navigate to get to class.
