General Notice (before securing an appointment)

Welcome to the online Appointment System of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco.

Only applicants with valid appointments shall be accommodated at the Consulate. No services shall be provided to walk-in applicants.

Before you secure an appointment, please read carefully all the requirements for passport application (download and accomplish the form).

The Consulate will continue to implement health measures to ensure the safety of the transacting public as well as Consulate personnel, such as wearing masks and practicing social distancing within the Consulate premises.

Applicants who wish to make more than one transaction during their visit must secure an appointment for each transaction.
