Dean Wakerlin began brewing Kombucha as a hobby nearly a decade ago. His passion for creating bold, unique, and delicious flavors attracted a loyal following of Booch fans, as well as entrepreneurial interest from friends and now business partners, Joe Sheehan and Jesse Barney. Over the last five plus years, the team have developed the product and the brand into what is now a young and pioneering business based in the Cannery District neighborhood of Bozeman.
