Event description

Description

Join us for the leading business/ HR conference in the Midwest focused on educating and empowering the business community on how to be an effective "Fair Chance" employer.

Men and women impacted by homelessness, incarceration, addiction, human trafficking and domestic violence face many barriers to finding promising career opportunities.

How do we create businesses where ambitious, determined and focused individuals can jump in without a fear of their past and move forward in their goal of being productive community members?

Our vision is to cultivate a business culture where everyone, regardless of background, can flourish! We welcome you to join us on this journey of opportunity, change and hope!

Tickets include coffee & refreshments in the morning and lunch in the afternoon.
