PASE Presents! STEM Hands-on Learning Using Real NASA Data and Resources
NYIT will present a model to implement team-based STEM lesson plans focused on culturally relevant topics and hands-on activities. Participants will learn techniques that will allow them to infuse NASA-unique science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) content into their classrooms. They will also receive hands-on demonstrations of NASA's engineering design challenges—designed to demonstrate science and math concepts for curious young minds.
Coffee/tea provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
