PASE Presents! After School Programs: Building a High Functioning CULTURE

Understanding the core drivers of culture is central to building a strong mission-centered afterschool program community. Through this workshops, we will explore how culture affects every aspect of the collective community. Culture has the ability to transform a learning environment; and, if cultivated properly, will allow for a deeply engaged, participatory and results-driven classroom.

This workshop is designed for senior administrators, emerging leaders and team leaders in their quest to cultivate a high functioning culture where all constituents are challenged to be their best self. During our time together, we will examine how to promote authentic relationships, inspire a shared vision and develop the capacity for innovation.
During the presentation, participants will be engaged in a dynamic exchange around the following topics:

  • Define culture
  • Deconstruct 5 cultural frames
  • Explore cultural drivers
  • Identify your culture influencers
  • Challenge hidden assumptions
  • Build meaningful and collaborative partnerships
  • Create personalized culture action steps

Coffee/tea provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
