Description

The Bolton Hill Community Association's Social Action Task Force Presents: Party with a Purpose! This event will be supporting the work of Restorative Response Baltimore (RRB).

Come learn about RRB's work in this alternative to resolving conflict through the criminal justice system and participate in an experiential dialogue circle with RRB's staff. Through this dialogue circle participants will discuss the hopes they have for their community and using RRB's community conferencing as an alternative to the justice system.

Free food will be provided!

So what do you need to bring besides yourself?

  1. $10 suggested donation to directly support Restorative Response Baltimore (RRB)
  2. Bottle of wine, six pack of brew, or other beverages


What is a community conference?

A community conference is a voluntary cicle that process that includes everyone involved in a crime or conflict, and their respective support networks. A trained invested facilitator brings everyone together, providing the space for all to have a voice and collectively decide how to make things right. Conferencing has been used for incidents ranging from bullying and fighting in school to auto theft and asssault.
