Chef Malissa Grinnals is back again this year for the second in the Local Chefs Local Foods series of fine dinners. She will be back in the outstanding kitchen of Hazel Walters and Joe Wyland to prepare a fabulous dinner using Redlands-grown foods, mostly. "Flavors of the Fall" will be her menu theme - definitely comfort food, with carnivore and herbivore options. And Hazel and Joe promise vintage port and specialty cheese to wrap up the evening.
