About this Event
Description: This is a virtual fair open to Boston Public School Partner Organizations, and Boston Public School leaders including Principals, Superintendents and staff who work with partners. The event will connect programs and school leaders seeking partnerships and programming for the 2021-2022 school year, and beyond. School leaders are invited to learn more about the network of programs and partnerships available in an effort to help identify programs that can meet the needs of students. There will be 4 sessions with assigned focus areas and each session will be run in breakout rooms with focus areas relating to grades. School leaders will have the opportunity to connect with programs directly to schedule time to learn more about their program.
Structure: Program providers will be placed in breakout rooms by grade level served. School leaders and Educators will be able to move between breakout rooms.
Participant Expectations: This is an open event for educators and school staff seeking programs this Spring, Fall, and beyond; looking for additional supports for their students and families. All PartnerBPS partners are invited to share information about their program with attendees.
Intended Audience: Out-of-School Time Program Providers, Youth and Families, School leaders and Educators

This session will take place on Zoom. Please register on Zoom in advance to enter the meeting. Zoom registration link will be sent out 24 hours in advance to discourage Zoom bombing . Please use the email address associated with your zoom account to register.
Presenters: For those programs presenting, you will be given 2-3 minutes to present 2 slides. Slides are due Friday, end of day the week before the presentation, along with the selected program category
Guests: Please complete the linked Google form found in the ticket reservation to indicate which breakout session you would like to attend. Break-out rooms are grouped by grade level.
