About this event

In these uncertain times, we need local leaders to step up and reaffirm our values and effect meaningful changes in their organizations and communities.

Join Partners in Diversity for a meeting of C-suite leaders to explore ideas on championing diversity, equity and inclusion in the current national climate.

The CEO Forum includes a look at the latest Partners in Diversity's research on diversity retention and some ways to increase the retention of diverse talent in the workplace.

The presentation is followed by a panel of leaders who will talk about the challenges of being a leader of color in Oregon and share insights on ways to advance diversity in the workplace.

  • Graciela Gomez Cowger, CEO, Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt
  • Dr. Miles Davis, President, Linfield College
