Description

Keep Austin Woding present Partners in Crime (P.I.C.), a Crossfit Team Competition - grab your workout partner for a fun and challenging 2 person competition. 3 events guaranteed with top 5 teams advancing to a 4th and final event from each division. Same Sex and Co-Ed divisions.


Event 1: "Batman & Robin"

At the count of 3, 2,1, both athletes will run 400 m. Once finished with the run, Athlete 1 will establish a 1 RM snatch Athlete 2 will establish a 1 RM Clean & Jerk. Must designate which athlete is doing each lift prior to the start of the event.
RX - 6:00 min time cap to complete the run and both lifts.
Scaled - 7:00 time cap to complete the run and both lifts.
Only 1 athlete can lift at a time. Same sex teams will only have 1 bar to share Co-ed teams will have 2 separate bars.

Event 2: "Maverick & Goose"

RX Teams
12 minute AMRAP
30 Pull Ups
30 Synchronized Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
30 Calorie Row 30 Handstand Push Ups
30 Synchronized Deadlifts (225/155)

~Teams will start with 1 athlete going through pull ups while athlete 2 hangs on to the bar. Reps will only count while 2nd athlete is hanging on bar. Can split reps as needed (no minimum rep requirement)

~Synchronized DB Snatch is 30 reps as a team. Must alternate arms each rep and be locked out at the top of the rep together

~Calorie Row: Can be split any way necessary ~Handstand Push Ups: Athlete 1 completes HSPU while Athlete 2 is in handstand hold. Reps only count while athlete 2 is holding handstand. Can split reps as needed (no minimum rep requirement)

~Two person deadlift, both athletes lifting their own bars together at same time, locked out at the top of the lift

Then 3 Rounds of:
20 Toes 2 Bar (split evenly)
10 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

Then in remaining time:
Max Rep Thrusters (135/95)

Scaled (75/55)

~ Wall ball passes will be alternating reps between partners passing the wall ball off of the target.
Co-Ed teams will use a 14# med ball but to a 10 foot target
~ T2B must be split evenly between partners in sets of 10 only.
~Synchronized Burpees must have partner’s chest and thighs touch the ground at the bottom of the burpee.
You do not have to be synchronized jumping over the bar.

Then 3 Rounds of:
20 Knees to Elbow (split evenly)
10 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

Then in remaining time:
Max Rep Thrusters (95/65)


~ Wall ball passes will be alternating reps between partners passing the wall ball off of the target.
Co-Ed teams will use a 10# med ball but to a 10 foot target
~ Knees to Elbow must be split evenly between partners in sets of 10 only.
~Synchronized Burpees must have partner’s chest and thighs touch the ground at the bottom of the burpee.
You do not have to be synchronized jumping over the bar.

~Calorie Row: Can be split any way necessary ~Hand-release Push Ups: Athlete 1 will work on HRPU while athlete 2 holds plank

~Two person deadlift, both athletes lifting bar together at same time locked out at the top of the lift

Event 3: "Turner & Hooch"

8 min AMRAP

20 Toes 2 Bar (split evenly)
10 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

Then in remaining time:
