You are invited to special Palo Alto Networks Evaluation bootcamp training for partners. This is a hands-on technical training course that covers the initial setup and installation of a PA-200 (in "Tap" mode) for a customer evaluation and how to generate an Application Visibility and Risk (AVR) Report. Key topics include PA-200 evaluation "prepping" (license downloads, updates and configuration), Tap interface, App-ID™ policy creation, creating security policies, configuring User-ID™ agent, data capture to create an AVR Report and running WildFire™ command from the CLI.
After successfully completing this course, partners will be able to perform the following:
■ How to set up a Palo Alto Networks™ device prior to an end-user evaluation.
■ Successfully connect the Palo Alto Networks device to a customer network.
■ Configure security profiles based on best practices.
■ Identify specific network scenarios that best demonstrate the value of Palo Alto Networks devices.
■ Use the Application Visibility and Risk report (AVR) to close the deal
Palo Alto Networks evaluation bootcamp is designed for partner sales engineers who have completed the PAN-201 course and passed the Accredited Configuration Engineering (ACE) exam. The content is aimed at arming partner sales engineers with the skills to move prospects along in the sales cycle though the implementation of a successful evaluation.

The class is limited to eight students (7) because of the hands-on lab equipment required. All students must bring a laptop with Google Chrome installed as the browser and a power cord.
