📌 Working language: ENG (lectures) + ENG & LV (community activities). The event will take place online. Please register your participation (link to Eventbrite). The number of places is limited.
📌 Meetup agenda:
“Remote workshop magic - how we do that in Prezi”
Irina Ganeviča, Senior User Experience Researcher at Prezi
Group work and flowing communication is something that we are missing in remote conversations times. Organizing an immersive workshop for the team is a challenging task for research professionals. In this presentation you will see a case study of the workshop for Prezi persona creation, with that you will learn a couple of hacks on how to keep participants engaged, and how to boost empathy and reduce video-calls fatigue.

"How to and why you should involve clients in the design process"
Rostislav Roznoshchik, Founder at Lurnby and Design Researcher
A critical component of how well a design project runs is how successfully you can frame the problem and how much ownership the stakeholders feel for the final solution. In this talk, Rostislav will walk you through a recent case study to explain the participatory and analytical methods he has used to break down a problem, synthesize the design goals, and design with clients instead of for them.
