FAQs

I've never done parkour before, is this a good place for me to start?

YES! This is probably one of the best places to learn parkour as you will have very experienced coaches on hand to lead you through the basics. Groups will be separated based on experience level and energy level at various times throughout the workshops to help make sure that everyone is challenged at appropriate level.

Is parkour dangerous?

Like any athletic activity, if practiced irresponsibly or without proper instruction parkour can lead to injury. However, with proper instruction and a progression-based training methodology (as originally intended by the founders) parkour has MUCH lower injury rates than conventional sports and activities. Events and classes like this are a great way to kick off your training and to help keep you injury-free in the long run.

I've been training for a while, is this a good event for me to attend?

Yes, the event will bring traceurs from all over to train and share their love of movement together. Groups will be separated based on experience level and energy level at various times throughout the sessions to help make sure that everyone is challenged.

Is there an age limit to enter the event?

  • The morning session is open to all ages, from 6 - 70+ Yes, you read that correctly- we will mix small kids with more “senior” participants. Age is just a number in many cases and we want to make sure that all generations are mixing in a positive way. We will separate the group into small groups based on age and experience level at different points.

  • The afternoon session is designed for more experienced practitioners and those who are able to handle a full day of training. While a select few younger kids may be capable of this, many of the challenges and movements that we take on in the afternoon will require the coordination, strength, maturity, and experience that is tough to acquire before age 14.

What is the refund policy?

All registrations are non-refundable.
