FAQs

Why do we have to reserve parking in advance We are limiting the number of visitors onsite at any given time. In addition, online and advance parking reservations enable you to make contactless payment and ensure that a parking spot is available upon arrival.

Will there be any restrooms or water fountains?

Our water fountain/ water bottle refill station is open. Our public restrooms are closed during the week but are open to the public on weekends. Two porta-potties are available near parking lot.

How far in advance can I reserve parking?

For the moment, we are only offering  Parking & Entry reservations one week in advance. We plan to have more flexibility to book further in advance in the future. Check our website frequently for updates.  Self-guided school/educational groups must reserve parking one week in advance through our office.

Can I get reserve parking when I arrive at the sanctuary?

To ensure an available parking spot, reservations should be booked in advance of your  arrival.

How long can I stay once I am there?

While you must arrive during your reserved time slot, you can stay for as long as you like.

What if I need to cancel?

Unfortunately, the reservations are nonrefundable and we cannot accommodate any date changes at the moment.

What if I just joined Mass Audubon online and don’t have a member card?

Thank you so much for your membership support! Your email confirmation of your membership will serve as your temporary membership card. Please show that email along with your reservation confirmation when you arrive.
