Celebrate the New Year with a special Chefs Supper at Park Kitchen. Each of the dishes on the menu is served family style for the whole table to enjoy.
Your menu for the evening includes a champagne toast and:
- Hop compressed apples with sunflower & mustards
- Chickpea fries with roasted squash ketchup
- Kiyokawa pears, curried lentils, pistachio, yogurt and papadums
- Carman Ranch flank steak, blue cheese, parsley, sherried onions
- Smoked Oregon black cod, charred leeks, black radish and endive
- Carman Ranch ribeye, stout braised turnips, chicories and taleggio
- Sticky date pudding with Portland Creamery goat cheese and confit lemon
- Double chocolate tart with salted caramel and hazelnut ice cream
- Park Kitchen Crackerjacks
Three seatings are available, 5pm, 6:30pm and 8:00pm.
A vegetarian option is available, and must be requested at the time of your purchase. Menu substitutions are politely declined. To make your reservation please select your desired seating and purchase your seats. Your purchase price includes gratuity, dinner and a champagne toast. Additional beverages may be purchased ala carte. Seat purchases are transferable but not refundable.
