Event description

Description

Kick off Energy Week with a documentary screening of Paris to Pittsburgh and a panel discussion with local policy experts and leaders. Paris to Pittsburgh is an inspiring film that highlights the local and state leaders and everyday Americans that are taking action on climate-related recovery and resiliency, with a focus on clean energy as a solution.

Panel Discussion: Learn from local and state leaders in North Carolina about energy programs and policies that address climate change in the state: How can businesses, states, and local officials progress a clean energy future? What are the unique challenges in North Carolina and the Southeast? What opportunities/careers are available for those interested in energy?

This event made possible by the Nicholas School Energy Club.
