6:30 – 7 p.m. Mental well-being displays (information, resources and services):

Participating organizations include: (1) Distress Centre Halton, (2) Reach Out Centre for Kids, (3) ADAPT (Halton Alcohol Drug and Gambling Assessment Prevention and Treatment Services), (4) National Eating Disorder Information Centre, (5) Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, (6) Halton Suicide Prevention Coalition, (7) T.E.A.C.H.(Teach Empower Advocate for Community Health), and (8) HDSB (Halton District School Board).

7 – 8 p.m. Presentation by Ann Douglas:

Ann Douglas is an author, radio columnist and speaker. She will be presenting on: Parenting in an age of anxiety, a positive look at supporting our children’s mental health needs

8:00 – 8:30 p.m. Mental well-being displays continued
