Class Description: This workshop provides parents with the knowledge and skills needed to address tantrums, meltdowns and episodes of distress that are so often a part of a child's daily life. Learn why tantrums occur, what they can mean for your young child's development, and more importantly, what you can do as a parent.
Our presenter for this class will be Family Compass’ Joshua Metz, LCSW. Mr. Metz is a family therapist and Director of the Neurodevelopment Center for Early Intervention, a program for families of toddlers and preschoolers with autism spectrum and related disorders.
