Reduce your stress, increase your confidence and feel more in control as a parent while building a happier, healthier relationship with your children. This FREE class will meet via Zoom teleconference for eight consecutive Tuesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. starting January 17, 2023.
Certificates of attendance will be available after class completion.
