Event Details

Please register people with their correct email address. Only one person can be registered per email address to receive attendance certificates. Everyone registered for the conference will receive an email with information on how to login to Sched. Please register for individual sessions in advance through Sched. This allows us to make sure there are enough handouts for everyone.

HOTEL ROOM INFORMATION

Guestroom Block
KING $83 – DOUBLE QUEEN $99

Each guestroom has a 11.5% (subject to change) occupancy tax per night. All Rooms are non-smoking. Your guestroom block will be held through Thursday, December 22, 2016. Any non-reserved rooms will be released after this date.

Friday (Breakfast 8:30-9:45 /Drinks provided) Meeting times 10:00 - 12:00

We will try to honor requests for translation made during the early bird period.

No refunds for cancellations will be made after January 2, 2017.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance (you may send someone in your place).
