About this event
Enjoy the many benefits of yoga, meet other parents, and connect with your babies in a supportive environment.
The class will be lead by yoga instructor Rena Needle, and will include breathing exercises, yoga poses that can be modified based on your level, and soothing melodies for your baby to enjoy.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and a blanket for your baby to lay/sit on.
This class is recommended for babies ages 6 weeks to crawlers/pre-walkers.
Meet us outside on the 2nd floor pavilion (building C) at the OFJCC.
**In the unlikely event of rain, this event will be moved indoors on the 2nd floor pavilion, and we will keep the doors open for ventilation.**
