Join us for the OUR LEADERS RETREAT!

Where: Galvestion Tx

When: Friday, October 11th to Sunday, morning October 13th (checkout is Sunday morning 10am)

Accomodations

We have a massive 4,000 square foot beach house in Galveston! There are plenty of beds and we can even bring in air mattresses!


Event Layout: (Detailed schedule to come)

We'll have a full dinner upon your arrival Friday night. Check in time is 5p.m., dinner is at 6. Games to follow with some sweet prizes. There will be training sessions Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning we will close out the weekend by having breakfast and praying over your business and giving you an outline to take home. Checkout is Sunday morning by 10 a.m.

What your ticket covers: 5 meals + snacks (Friday night, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast, Lorene’s famous pineapple upside down cake batter protein shake, your accommodations, a swag bag, and giveaways. Plus you get to spend hours with our top leaders brainstorming and working on strategic plans to massively grow your business.

Note: Because just about everyone on the team is female, we have to exclude men from staying the night. There are only 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, so women will be crashing in each room, and there's no way to accomodate men or couples without making most of the team uncomfortable. Husband and wife teams and men are ABSOLUTELY able to attend, you'll just have to spend the night at a nearby hotel and join us during the day. We'd love to have you.

What you need to bring: Beach towel,

Your oils!! Diffuser, Follow up notebook, 3 ring binder, Clear page protectors, camp chair or lawn chair (there aren't enough seats for training), and a beach towel. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the site. You may want a little spending cash-- there is the possibility of a raindrop, massage or facial. They are optional.

Why would you want to come to leadership training?

Just about all of the top leaders will be in the room: your platinums, golds, and silvers!! All of us have built our businesses in less than a year. If you want to grow, glean from the top members of the team.

Topics we'll cover: (there will be other topics as well)

Other perks: the first 10 people to register will get an exclusive zoom coaching session from your Platinum, Lorene, and with our Dream 1,000 leader who just won a trip to Hawaii, it will include targeted training on what to do to supercharge your team. We'll have over $500 in giveaways you’ll be able to win through out the week. You'll be able to sit in on a live raindrop class to see how it's done. One evening we'll do facials with all the Young Living Beauty School products. We're also bringing a foot detox bath just for a little pampering-- for free. Oh yes-- and the house is pretty awesome, too. We have beds for 24 in a supersized 3-day slumber party. We're right on the Gulf of Mexico-- the beach, right out the door. There's sunbathing. Food: Many of the meals will have dairy free and gluten free options. Please PM Lorene if you have special dietary needs. Each person will be assigned to a team to make 1 meal and help with clean up while we're there, so no one group of people gets stuck in the kitchen the whole weekend. All food is part of your ticket, but you're very welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. We'll be featuring many of the Young Living products in the meals: Protein Powder, essential oils, wolfberries, Wolfberry crisp Bars, (and of course, LOTS of NingXia!)

Littles: If you are nursing a baby, you're welcome to bring them with. If you're able to make other accomodations, that would bless the team with fewer distractions. But we understand that's not always possible, and have left this option open to you. Please find babysitting for older children.

Why are we doing a leader's retreat? To build comradery among the team! We want you to make new friendships and have go-to people you can text when you're frustrated or need some advice. We want you to meet your leaders face to face-- and get to know them on an intimate level. We want you to feel the full support of the our team. We want you to be aware of all the resources we have developed so you can turbo charge your business this summer and experience financial freedom and time freedom. But most of all, we want you to feel treasured. This team doesn't thrive without every member. We want you to know you're valued. This is just as much about pampering you as it is about equipping you to become a Young Living diamond.
