Paradigm DEI Lab: Building a High-Impact Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a fast-moving, constantly evolving practice. Whether you’re an experienced HR or DEI professional or a new practitioner, this one-day workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to design an impactful DEI strategy for 2020 and beyond. You'll leave this event knowing how to successfully:

  • Attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates through effective messaging and targeted sourcing.
  • Select the best candidates by designing an inclusive hiring process that produces more equitable outcomes.
  • Develop and advance a diverse workforce through effective, inclusive internal processes.
  • Retain your people by creating an inclusive company culture where all employees can thrive and do their best work.

This full-day workshop is led by experts from the Paradigm team. We will update you on the latest research, share proven strategies that drive impact in organizations of all sizes, and lead interactive planning sessions. This is also a great opportunity to meet and network with other HR and DEI practitioners in the Bay Area!

The day will include light breakfast, lunch, and evening networking reception. You will also receive a toolkit that is designed to serve as the foundation to your strategy and help guide you in your DEI journey.
