Pão de Queijo is a traditional cheese bread in Brazil.
It became famous long time ago when the slaves came to Brazil and create the recipe using Polvilho (cassava flour). Nowdays people go crazy with this delicius cheese bread in the morning with coffee or tea or as a snack any time of the day. It is very famous in Brazil specially in Minas Gerais a state of Brazil where we affectionatelly call “Pao de Queijo’s home”. During the class i will introduce some words of our Brazilian vocabulary and talk a little bit about our culture and culinary.
At the end of this class you will taste the bread with coffee/tea having a good time and good conversation with the team members, also take the bread home to share with familly and friends.
In this class you will:
– Learn how to prepare the bread by hands.
– Learn how to use Polvilho (Cassava Flour).
– Roll and shape in the appropriate sizes.
– Bake and learn the perfect time to take it out of the oven.
