Event Details

Aqua Tone and Tune Level 1: Work at YOUR level. Movements will incorporate cardio and resistance training to improve flexibility, endurance, range of motion, coordination and muscle tone. (low to moderate intensity).

Aqua Tone and Tune Level 2: Increased intensity with vigorous cardio workout combining strength and flexibility exercises using various equipment ( weights, balls, water noodles, paddles, fins/flippers, etc.) for sculpting and full-body conditioning; (moderate to high intensity). Must be 16+ yrs. old


 

Class Dates: Thursday, June: 19th, and 26th, July: 3, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st,

Aug: 7th, 14th, 21st

 

*Weather permitting. Make-up classes will be scheduled by instructor.

 

 Heated outdoor pool. Proper swim & water sports attire required.

What to bring: water and towel. Pool rules apply.


Equipment needed: water noodle, water shoes or socks, gloves, small rubber ball, 4# weighted rubber ball.

My experiences in the health, nutrition and fitness areas are a little different than most people in the industry.  My experience in fitness, consists of “tactical training,” which is based on extreme conditioning to ensure a high-level of mental and physical performance under pressure. 

I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking positive changes to their health and lifestyle. 

I am a certified Kettlebell Instructor, Personal Trainer, Cycling Instructor and Group Fitness & Boot Camp Instructor. 

I look forward to helping YOU find the right combination of strength training, cardio and overall fitness; but first ask yourself, “how bad do YOU want it?”
