WHAT: Panther-Training conducts FUNCTIONAL outdoor boot camps filled with physical activities, games and challenging workouts geared to help YOU move and improve your health & fitness.
WHAT TO BRING:
Your printed ticket, workout gloves, water, towel, post-workout snack and a "GET IT IN!" attitude!
Anyone serious about feeling better, moving better and getting in GREAT condition.
Youth: Ages 10-15 (must be accompanied by a present adult)/ Adults: 16 yrs. plus
Please arrive 15 mins. early to find parking, pay the meter (.50/per two hours), walk to the boot camp site by the Marina and check-in. **We reserve the right to cancel/re-schedule the boot camp if any conditions arise that are deemed unsafe. We will credit your fee toward another Panther boot camp or event of equal value.

My life has always been filled with sports and fitness. At six-years-old, I began playing “Little Miss Softball” and learning Classical Ballet; I continued both through college. My love for fitness is fueled by my parents whose motto is “give it all you’ve got!”
After thirty-plus years in the sports/coaching and fitness field, I am still excited about working with people who are looking to change or improve their quality of life through fitness and good nutrition.
I am a certfied Kettlebell Instructor, Personal Trainer, Cycling, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Group Fitness & Boot Camp Instructor. When you work with me, you can be assured that whatever your fitness goal: we have the experience and commitment to help get you to the next level of living fit!

My experiences in the health, nutrition and fitness areas are a little different than most people in the industry. My thirty-plus years of experience in fitness, consists of “tactical training,” which is based on extreme conditioning to ensure a high-level of mental and physical performance under pressure.
I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking positive changes to their health and lifestyle.
I am a certified Kettlebell Instructor, Personal Trainer, Cycling Instructor and Group Fitness & Boot Camp Instructor.
