+ Tracy Timm, Quarter Life Career Coach and Human Capital Advisor (www.tracytimm.com)

Tracy is a Dallas-based, human capital advisor, professional speaker, and transformation expert. She's currently helping organizations transform from the norm to live their unique purpose and do what they were created for, now. She works with professionals-- focusing on how to maximize and realize their own potential by using behavioral psychology. She teaches organizational leaders how to hire, manage, motivate, and sell using their natural behavioral strengths and geniuses. In others words, the big problem in the workplace is not what people can do at their best, it’s what they will do under stress and pressure. That mismatch results in unrealized potential, which costs the company dollars, but more importantly, takes away from the impact that organization could have. Her objective is to help bring those untapped behaviors and motivations to light, so that managers, leaders, and executives can improve the efficiency, productivity, and happiness of their workforce which grows both the top and bottom line and ultimately increases impact.
