Event description

Description

The Pan Intercultural Arts' Autumn Art Auction will be an entertaining evening of wine, canapés, music and the opportunity to buy from a unique collection of art. The evening will be hosted by Pan Patron Reeta Chakrabarti and there will be live music from Pan's Amies Freedom Choir and pianist Colin Sell (most famous for his accompaniment of BBC Radio 4's I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue).

In the convivial environment of the the Barber-Surgeons' Hall, guests will be invited to meet Pan artists, find out more about our work and view the 20 pieces of art available to buy on the evening, which include those by Tracey Emin, Georges Braque and Douglas Portway. There will be the opportunity to bid on additional exciting offers and experiences and the chance to win exclusive raffle prizes (the detail of the art and prizes will be published in the months before the event).

The event will be enhanced by the effervescent, professionalism of Adrian Biddell, who will be our auctioneer for the evening. Adrian was a principal auctioneer at Sotheby’s for 25 years and is currently Head of Paintings and Fine Art at Chiswick Auctions, having founded Adrian Biddell Fine Art Ltd in 2017.

It will be especially rewarding to know that all profits from the evening will go towards Pan's creative programmes supporting some of society's most vulnerable young people.
