Event description
Come enjoy a day full of engaging workshops, networking at the BLACK EXPOsed fair, and community!

About this Event

UMOJA ("unity") - To strive for and to maintain unity in the family, community, nation, and race.

What is Pan Africanism? Why is there such a divide among the African Diaspora? What ACTION can we put forth in order to see true collectivism? These are all questions that will be explored at the Pan African & Ally Student Summit, as we work towards restoring UMOJA, interculturally and intergenerationally, within the African & African-American community.

The Pan African & Ally Student Summit is a two-day weekend event loaded with informative workshops, interactive activities and engaging learning opportunities geared towards empowering our black communities and liberating our future leaders of tomorrow.

PAASS was created to serve as a means of “being the change we want to see” in regards to the social, intellectual, political, economic, and health inequities faced by black people around the world.

**This event is open to members of colleges, high schools and the community.**
