About this event
El-Funoun Palestinian Popular Dance Troupe was established in 1979. Their repertoire comprises Palestinian folk dance, called “Dabke” and other choreography from El-Funoun’s own unique vision of Palestinian dance.
Dabke is a form of social dance at the centre of Palestinian culture.
They will give a brief demonstration/performance, before leading this workshop open to male and female dancers of all abilities. Learn the basics at your own pace or take things a little further, if you're a pro! A unique opportunity to learn from the best.
