About this event

Greenwich Village has spawned more influential artists than any other place in America. Walk the Village streets with artist and historian Marc Kehoe and hear tales of Sloan, the Ashcan School, Marcel Duchamp and the R. Mutt scandal, the Republic of Greenwich Village, Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney, Jackson Pollock, Albert Pynkham Ryder, Berenice Abbott, Julian Schnabel among many, many others.

The tour concludes with a guided visit to Framing the Village, the group show of contemporary art that Kehoe has curated, and the opportunity for clients to get themselves a coffee or snack at a charming nearby cafe.
