Description
Come join us for a night of food, fun, and painting to honor maternal mental health!
This event will be a chance for mothers affected by this issue to connect with other women who have suffered or are currently suffering from the effects of these disorders through a fun night of relaxation and self-care. The event will be held the evening of May 15th at the Draper Day Barn. We will have a short information session with licensed therapists as well as a few speakers who have been directly affected by perinatal mood disorders. We will then move on to the PaintNite followed by a giveaway at the end. Light food and refreshments will be served. Plus we have so many awesome sponsors participating in our giveaway!
Postpartum depression is the most common complication of childbirth and affects 1 in 7 mothers. The odds are very good that you have been directly impacted or know someone who has been directly impacted by these disorders.
