About this event
Join artist Sarita Kamat to learn how to paint a porcelain or ceramic mug AND a candle holder that you can bring home or gift it to someone special. All materials and tools will be provided during the workshop.
This fun and creative workshop is suitable for complete beginners (ages 10 years and older), as well as those with experience but are looking for new ideas. Sarita will also provide a list of resources for purchasing your own materials.
You will learn:
- How to transfer a design to clear glass or draw on ceramic or porcelain
- How to prepare your surface ready for painting
- Tips and tricks for working with glass paints.
The class price ($120) includes:
- All the supplies and tools you need to create your own lovely hand painted mug.
- One beverage (water, apple juice or coke)
Please note that due to the drying and baking time, your mug will be ready for pickup at the shop after 48 hours.
