About this event
Working from photos, students will learn to create a finished painting from a favorite winter subject. Glazing techniques and layering of subtle tints of snow will be demonstrated. Value, composition, light and shadow will be emphasized. Rob will provide hands-on guidance to each student. A critique will be held at the end of the session. All levels are welcome. A materials list will be provided at registration. This workshop will be held in the spacious and light-filled Great Hall, a short distance from Gallery at the VAULT. Registration and payment required by 1/11.
