Join us for a Sickle Cell Healthcare Transition Workshop at Creative Works!
This workshop is specifically for young people with sickle cell who reside in Newham.
This is a great opportunity to:
- Get creative and express yourself through painting
- Meet the adult services team in a relaxed setting
- Empower yourself with knowledge for the futur
- Take part in a Q&A session with peers who’ve been through the transition process and more!
We’ll also have a special guest speaker on the day, and there will be a parallel session for parents to explore how to support young people through the transition process.
