Penggunaan media sosial pada layanan customer service dipandang sebagai cara jitu dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan lama maupun pelanggan baru. Penggunaan media sosial dianggap lebih efektif dan sangat penting guna menjaga komunikasi yang baik antara pebisnis dan pelanggan.


Tujuan Pelatihan

Memberikan pengetahuan tentang fitur media sosial, tren dan praktik terbaik. Pelatihan ini akan membantu memberikan pemahaman dalam pengelolaan media sosial sebagai saluran yang berharga bagi layanan pelanggan yang strategis untuk menentukan sasaran media sosial dan metrik KPI.

Syarat & Ketentuan

  • Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan min. 5 orang peserta.
  • Konfirmasi jalannya pelatihan dan undangan pelatihan dikirim melalui email, minimum 1 minggu sebelum waktu pelatihan.
  • Jika terjadi force majeure (banjir, gempa bumi) dan dampaknya terhadap pembatalan, 168Solusi akan menjadwal ulang pelatihan atau pengembalian uang sesuai dengan biaya pendaftaran.
